Deputy General Manager

We are looking for an outgoing, pro-active charismatic individual to support the manager in the running of the bar and rosette restaurant, deputising in his absence you will be a proven leader, adept at managing and mentoring a small team of staff.
You will have sound cellar and wine experience, be passionate about fresh, locally sourced ingredients and have a keen eye for detail.
Excellent presentation and communication skills are required along with a minimum of two years experience in a fresh food environment. 

Salary:- £24,000 - £26,000 Per Annum plus Tronc

Chef de Partie

As chef de partie you will be required to take responsibility of a section (Larder, Sauce or Veg TBA). You should have a firm understanding of fresh ingredients, have the ability to liaise with the Head and Sous Chef to order stock and have good organisational skills to take responsibility of your section.

Salary:- £18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum plus Tronc


We are currently seeking someone who can work weekends. You must be enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to learn. Our business is about happy customers so we are looking for smiley, hard working people to join the team. Experience is not essential as full training will be given.
