Deputy General Manager
Chef de Partie
As chef de partie you will be required to take responsibility of a section (Larder, Sauce or Veg TBA). You should have a firm understanding of fresh ingredients, have the ability to liaise with the Head and Sous Chef to order stock and have good organisational skills to take responsibility of your section.
Salary:- £18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum plus Tronc
We are currently seeking someone who can work weekends. You must be enthusiastic, hardworking and willing to learn.
